Cross Country

We were so lucky to miss the rain yesterday and achieve all our cross country races. Thanks for the great turn out of parents for this event. The development work on the neighbouring Tamahere Reserve meant changes to all running courses this year. Thanks to Dane Higgison and Ann Marie Copponi for organising the new course and arrangements. It was wonderful to see our children striving to achieve their best and showing their kia maia -‘can do’ attitude. We have lots of great photos to share with you but unfortunately the facility on our web site is no longer supported by Google. The photos will be screening in our foyer if you want to pop in for a look. The results are below for the top 20 placings in Years 3-6. The top 10 students in each Year 4-6 race will go on to represent the school at the country cluster event next Friday at Newstead School.
