Vaccinations for Lambs/Kids

All families with lambs or goats needing the 5 in 1 injection, required at 6 weeks old, please meet down at the school (front car park) on Saturday 15th September between 9am - 10am.

Kelvin from Cambridge Vets will be administering these injections free to support our Ag Day.

2018 Calf Competition

This year the calf section of Ag Day will be done digitally.

NO calves are to be bought to school but they can be entered by video and picture format.

We will require anyone choosing to do a calf this year to take a short video of you leading your calf around a measured ring. Please see the hand-out which will be available at the judges talk on Tuesday 18th September at lunchtime.

Categories -  Beef type

                 - Dairy type

You will need to take five pictures of your calf to enter your selected category. More details on this will be covered at the judges talk.

The video and pics must be brought to Ag Day on your device on Friday 19th October to be seen by a judge. All entrants must meet at the registration desk, to be then told where the judging will take place.

The judge will also ask the student some questions to help judge the overall winners in each category.

There will be some changes to each category but we have done our best to keep this available.

More details will be available on the judges demo day (18th September) You can call Tracy or Sharon if you have any questions.
