In spite of a very wet Election Day morning, several members of the Dad's Army carried out a working bee. We were unable to do the mulching of the boardwalk area as planned however and this is re-scheduled to next Saturday (subject to confirmation). We did however manage to put the magnificent Koru in place (as in the photos) and assisted in returning the temporary staging to the Green Shed. Thanks to the guys who volunteered and welcome to those who did their first working bee. If anyone is able to help spread the woodchip throughout the boardwalk area, please let Allan know on firstname.lastname@example.org. Many thanks to Amber Nurseries of Cambridge who generously donated the Koru, which is the school symbol. Allan Wickens, Caretaker.
