Changes to Tamahere Community Centre Sound System

posted Nov 30, 2014, 12:59 PM by Reception @TMCS

Fantastic recent changes to the Tamahere Hall Sound System make it now up to date. They have included the installation of Blue Tooth wireless audio streaming to allow any portable device with Blue Tooth technology to connect to the system.

Set up of the mixing desk is no longer required to make it more user friendly. A second mixer has been purchased and installed which is permanently connected for ease of use and operation for day to day events, while the original mixer remains available if required.

A plug in microphone is able to be used on the new system, this requires the microphone to be plugged into the stage floor along side the stereo input and simply set the volume required.

The new set up is now up and running and a fantastic result has been achieved with more people able to operate and appreciate the existing system as it is now easier and more enjoyable for all people to use.

Please feel free to have a turn, just give it a go and ‘turn on’.
